Accessibility

For those with impaired mobility who are concerned about access please telephone us or contact us at the Pier Gate to discuss your mobility and access to the vessel. It will always be necessary use steps to access the vessel however we will do everything in our power to try to facilitate you taking a trip. Please be aware each year many thousands of people with mobility problems enjoy trips with us.

At all times whether you take a trip with us is at your discretion even if you have a ticket and if you have concerns we will happily refund the price of your ticket. All the landings we use are under the control of North Devon District Council who supervise and maintain and clean them. There also rails down to the vessel.

We had the boat purpose built to work from this harbour and we designed it so any access will be level with the landing. A door opens inwards onto the vessel so no hurdles such as the side of the boat impairs access to or from the boat. Your safety is our concern at all times.
